The following are some simple steps to help you get rid of acne.
Morning Routine:

*Use toner (let toner dry)
*Use acne treatment
*Use sun screen/ moisturizer
Nutrition Routine
*Drink plenty of water
*Eat lots fruits and veggies
*Cut back on fried foods
PM Routine
*Wash face

Other Helpful Tips
*Don't touch or pick at, your face as much
*Change pillow case often
*Try to keep hair of face when sleeping (ex: use headbands, clips)
